This weekend the works of emerging artists from throughout the Washington region and from the far reaches of the globe are on view at the (e)merge art fair The Capitol Skyline Hotel has been transformed into a festival of creativity hosting gallery exhibits in hotel rooms on the second floor and performances, lectures and special events in lobby-level rooms.
