Two materials which interact, an organic shape in porcelain , another in glass, and here is the mystery of the birth of Venus re-enacted.
The power of the Sea, the safety of the Earth, the lightness of the air which Boticelli captures in his painting are what inspired me. Transparency, mystery, folds and volutes: each of my works focus on different qualities of the story, but always refers to the central part of the myth: from the depth of the sea, protected by voluptuous fold of embroidered fabrics, a form is born and carried ashore.
